Privacy Policy

This is a static, brochure-style website. We do not run forms, accounts, or trackers on it. The only personal information that flows to Noah Rosol or Ascend Nutrition and Performance is what you choose to send when you contact us by email.

What we collect

If you email us at nrosol111@gmail.com, we receive whatever you choose to share — usually your name, contact information, fitness goals, training history, and any health considerations relevant to coaching.

This site itself does not set tracking cookies, run analytics, or collect IP-level data about your visit. Standard server-level logs may exist with the hosting provider for security and uptime monitoring.

How we use it

Information you send is used exclusively to (1) reply to your inquiry, (2) build your intake and programming if you become a client, and (3) follow up about your coaching engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Active client records are retained for the duration of the coaching relationship and for a reasonable archival period afterward. You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Send a note to nrosol111@gmail.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, the effective date above will be updated. The site's small footprint means changes are rare.
